Very friendly, old fashioned pub. Great to know that places like this still exist. Food was good and reasonably priced. Like stepping back in time - in a good way
Very welcoming couple, great food, great prices and dog friendly. Just what we needed
Be surprised if this place is still open in 3 months. Tried to go in there for a drink on a weds night at 20.30 but was closed up and in darkness. Doesn't open Sunday night and one whole day in the week.
Less than friendly hosts. Pub itself very old looking, run down and dated place. Dirty old stuff on display. Rotting gables. Strong urine smell from seats.
Could not believe this pub. Seemed very off from the moment we walked in. Lidl is situated very close something you can tell as soon as you spot all the Lidls own condiments. Menu in restaraunt bares no resemblance to the online menu. You can hear from the dining room (the other end of the bar) the row of microwaves in which they reheat the precooked meals which are straight from Lidl.
