They sent my order to the incorrect address using TNT. I contacted TNT who informed me they'd been given the wrong house number by Aramis Rugby. Aramis left me to contact the address they sent the item to, to recover my item. Not that easy to do around working and commuting hours.Even placed the word 'inconvenience' in quotation marks to emphasise their customer service in response to my email:"To make up for the 'inconvenience' ..." They offered me a 10 voucher for my next order. Next order, I don't think so!AVOID this company.
We ordered a junior in size (single wedge tackle shield) and the quality is brilliant. Just what our grandson wanted as he is a budding rugby player and wants to train all the time. Not only is it fun seeing him play, but I think his rugby has improved as well! Happy boy.
